Return Policy

We limit returns to 30 days for exchange or refund for defective merchandise. Please inspect the package for any damage or defect upon receipt. If any defect or damage, please notify within 2 days of package delivery. Non-defective returns will be charged a 20% restocking fee and shipping fees to and from the customer will be the responsibility of the customer unless noted otherwise. We can only accept returns on defective or damaged merchandise or incorrect shipment.

Please contact us before returning to get return instructions otherwise returns may not be accepted, and returned back to you.

Shipping Time and Delivery

Orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days by UPS from our Ohio or Connecticut warehouse. You should receive a confirmation email right after ordering if a valid email address is provided when ordering. You will receive another confirmation once your card has been charged, and another once your order has shipped and we have a tracking number for you.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is based on the total weight of the order + a base cost. Shipping can be calculated by clicking the buy buttons for each product. You are presented with Economy (UPS ground), UPS 2nd Day and 3rd day shipping rates, which you can choose from later. In most cases the shipping fees calculated will be accurate. However, some shipping locations will be higher. If this is the case, you will be contacted before shipping to approve of any additional shipping fees before processing your order. Please note: We currently only ship within the continental United States

How to Pay?

  • CODs: We're sorry, we do not accept CODs.
  • Checks/Money orders: We do accept checks/money orders. You can enter your order online by selecting the payment by check option. After you may send us payment by check or money order to: JL Ryan, 53 Avenue C Burlington, Vermont 05408.
  • Credit cards: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. You may use any of these forms of payment once you enter your order and are asked for payment.
  • Paypal: We also accept payment by Paypal from Paypal verified accounts with matching Paypal confirmed shipping addresses. Either select the option when checking out or send payments to: [email protected].
  • Over the phone: You may call in your order to us. However, it is better to enter your order online first so that way there is less chance of us getting the order information incorrect. You may order online and select the "Check or money order payment” option, then make a comment in the Order comments that you wish to be called for card payment information. After you have submitted the order you may simply call us at 802-735-2149 and provide us the credit card number (if you don’t wish to provide the card online.) Or, we will call you for payment within 24-48 hours if we are not contacted first.
